Reiki is a holistic complementary therapy using light or near touch to reduce stress and anxiety, improve emotional, physical, and mental well-being, as well as promote healing. Clients remain fully clothed and may be seated or lying down during their session. Sessions are by appointment only. In-person appointments take place at our private office in Durham, as well as the Wellspring Collective in Chapel Hill and Get Grounded Counseling in Cary, NC. Virtual appointments are also available.

Available in person and online. Caregivers are welcome to receive Reiki along with their pets. The benefits of Reiki may include: stress reduction, calmer recovery from illness and surgery, support with the aging process, assistance with end of life support and Compassionate Euthanasia.

During these gentle relaxation sessions, participants will listen to guided visualizations to help release stress, improve relaxation and enhance mindfulness. Participants sit or lay down, remaining completely aware of their surroundings and going into a deep state of relaxation. No previous experience is necessary to participate. Available in person and online, alone or as part of your Reiki session.
