Waves of Zen Healing Arts Appointment Cancellation Policy

At Waves of Zen Healing Arts, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To provide the best service to all clients and ensure availability for those seeking appointments, the following cancellation policy applies to all Reiki sessions, consultations, and private appointments.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment without charge by providing at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Late Cancellations

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service fee.

No-Shows

Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

Emergencies and Illness

I understand that unexpected circumstances arise. Cancellation fees may be waived at the practitioner's discretion in cases of illness, family emergencies, severe weather, or other unforeseen situations.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate other scheduled appointments. The full session fee will still apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be considered a no-show and may need to be rescheduled.

Practitioner Cancellations

If I must cancel or reschedule an appointment due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered the opportunity to reschedule at no additional cost.
