As a lifelong learner, one of the things I love most about Reiki is that there is always more to discover through connection with others. While Reiki traditions share core foundational teachings, every Reiki Master brings their own experiences, insights, and heart-centered perspective to the practice.
Over the years, I have chosen to study with multiple Reiki teachers—including taking some of the same levels more than once—not because any previous training was lacking, but because each teacher offered a unique way of understanding and experiencing Reiki. Every class deepened my appreciation for the practice in different ways.
I think my background in Anthropology naturally shaped this perspective. Anthropology taught me the value of listening, learning across traditions, and recognizing that there is wisdom to be found in many different viewpoints. I carry that same openness and curiosity into my Reiki journey and into the way I support others in their own paths.

Angela recently completed the Bengston Energy Healing training workshop, although she has years of experience using this technique. This method uses Rapid Image Cycling™ to help recipients naturally activate their own healing capabilities.
